Delivery
Currently we only deliver within Australia, for a flat fee of $10. Orders over $50 have FREE delivery.
Please allow 7 – 10 business days from the date of your order fulfilment for delivery.Packaging
As far as possible, we use environmentally-responsible packaging.
We re-use packaging materials that are sent to us. This means that sometimes you may find other packaging materials in our delivery. We hope that you’ll re-use these materials and recycle what you can’t use.We buy our new packaging from Hero Packaging, an Australian company that wants to reduce plastic! They really deserve a round of applause.Their HEROPACKS are made from biodegradable materials – mainly corn starch and cassava roots. They sound yummy, but don’t think of taking a nibble! Every part of the mailers – even the adhesive – is compostable. Check out this amazing company here.We use cellulose sticky tape to adhere the postage label to the satchel. This tape is 100% biodegradable.

We aim to stock products on our website which are a better alternative to what you may currently find on the supermarket shelves. We aim to reduce plastic, try to source organic products where possible, offer you the best sustainably sourced products and suggest the most natural ways to replace your household items.
One area that we are proud to say we have reduced packaging, is through the use of staple-free stapler.Ideally, we would like to see these products become commonplace; but in the mean time you can find it on our website!

AlternativeMe attempts to buy all stationary from buyecogreen. They have a great range of paper, stationary, wrapping and many other products that have been well researched to reduce the impact we have.
